Biomedical scholarship applications due June 30

Screen Shot 2015-06-15 at 9.22.36 AM The Biomedical Learning and Student Training program invites undergraduate students to apply for full-ride scholarships for the 2015-2016 academic year.

BLaST enhances undergraduate training and mentoring in biomedical research by increasing the diversity of students, integrating research and teaching, and bringing rural campuses into a cohesive biomedical community in Alaska. Approximately 20 scholarships will be available.

BLaST scholarships pay tuition, fees and living expenses for up to 12 months (up to $16,000) for full-time enrollment in life or social science degrees at UAF. Awardees must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents.
