Check UAOnline address to ensure W-2 form delivery

Employees and former employees to check their HR mailing address at UAOnline. Address changes must be received by HR no later than Wednesday, Jan. 9, in order for their W-2 to go to this address. W-2s
will not be forwarded but returned to the university for incorrect addresses. Employees
are responsible for reprinting their W-2s from UAOnline should they not
receive it in the mail.
