The University of Alaska Fairbanks Community & Technical College will host its April First Friday art show with Britton Niles, an assistant professor in the UAF School of Education.

The show, "Moments in Time," will open Friday, April 5 from 5-7 p.m. and will be on display in CTC's Barnette Street lobby until May. CTC is located at 604 Barnette Street in downtown Fairbanks

UAF CTC, Britton Niles, First Friday Niles came to Alaska by way of ferry in 2000. Her show is inspired by specific moments in time that she has witnessed since arriving in Alaska.

"For over 13 years I have been inspired by the beauty and fortitude of Alaska and the awe-evoking multicultural people who reside in it. By absorbing the rich cultures and majestic landscape of Alaska, 'Moments in Time,' the art show, was created," Britton said. "I created this show to share the beauty I see in the world around me."
