UA Chief Human Resources Officer Erik Seastedt has invited feedback on a draft furlough policy to be considered by the Board of Regents in coming months.

Since the policy proposal potentially affects all staff, Seastedt has requested that feedback be solicited via the UAF governance structure. A copy of his email request with additional information about the proposed policy and an implementation timeline is posted at the Staff Council home page.

Feedback collected from a Google form will be shared with Seastedt through Staff Council President Chris Beks and Vice President Faye Gallant.
