Festival of Native Arts taking applications for vendors, performers

Applications are now available for vendors and performers at the 2014 Festival of Native Arts at the University of Alaska Fairbanks.
The deadline for applications is Dec. 20.
This year’s festival is slated for Feb. 27 through March 1.
