Why are some questions that are submitted not answered? I have submitted 3 questions now and none of them have been answered.
There are a variety of reasons your Grapevine question may not have been answered yet. When we receive a question, we forward it to the appropriate person or department for a response. Sometimes the person best suited to respond to your question is out of the office or hard to reach. Sometimes the question submitted is unclear and without additional information is hard to answer. If you have questions that haven’t been answered, please feel free to email them again to email@example.com so we can expedite or give a little nudge to the respondents as needed. If you feel comfortable, you can also ask your questions directly to the people or departments involved.
