UAF Residence Life has vacancies in two- and three-bedroom apartments and homes. These
residences are available for rental to faculty, staff, graduate students and undergraduate
students who are at least 26 years old.
Residence Life offers competitive rates, including utilities, internet and cable.
The facilities are pet- and kid-friendly, with playgrounds and walking trails.
Tenants also have free access to a community center. Professional are staff on-call
for all needs. The residences are within walking distance to your class or office
on campus.
