Lendable items available via Lend-Items

University Relations has more than 50 lendable items available for departments to
borrow for events. Items include banners, tablecloths, vases, chargers, sign holders
and more.
University Relations uses Lend-Items software to help keep track of the items. The
free software works as a digital catalogue of items that can be shared between different
departments and will send you a reminder when the items are due back.
To get access to the digital library, send an email to uaf-events@alaska.edu requesting access as a user. Once the email is received, an administrator will add
you to the list of users for the UAF UR lendables library. An email will be sent to
you asking for verification of the account. After verifying, you will be able to book
items for events around campus by logging in at Lend-Items with your email address.
There is no charge for the items, but departments will be responsible for replacing
them if they are lost or damaged.
