Rob Corddry, senior political correspondent for Comedy Central's "The Daily Show with Jon Stewart," will speak at the University of Alaska Fairbanks Davis Concert Hall on Saturday, Jan. 21.

Corddry will take audiences behind the scenes of the show and, through a mix of outtakes and raw footage, reveal how each piece is put together.

In addition to his role on "The Daily Show", Corddry plays the part of Detective Frank Wrench on Fox’s, “Arrested Development.” He also performs and teaches improv at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre in New York. He made his feature film debut in the Dreamworks movie, "Old School," and plays the title role in the upcoming movie "Blackballed: The Bobby Duke Story." Corddry takes pride in being pictured in Entertainment Weekly's "Worst of..." issue alongside Carrot Top for "The Worst Commercial of 2001."

Corddry will speak starting at 8 p.m. on Jan. 21. Tickets are $5 for UAF affiliates and $10 for general admission and are available at the Wood Center front desk and Hoitt's Underground Sounds. The show is sponsored by UAF's student activities office and the ASUAF Concert Board.
