More than $60 million in construction projects will take place at the University of Alaska Fairbanks in the next two years with activities concentrated on West Ridge. This, as contractors complete $50 million in projects in the campus core.

Construction continues on the University of Alaska Museum expansion and will soon begin on the West Ridge Research Building.

Several pedestrian walkways and parking lots will be affected. Temporary parking lots have been set up to accommodate staff and visitor parking.

A shuttle bus is available from the Nenana lot across from the Patty Center and by request at (907) 322-4302.

A map of West Ridge construction and temporary parking lots is available online at:

Please bear with us. . . we're building a stronger university!
