People who park their cars in the Signers’ (3A) and South Eielson (3C) lots will now pay a kiosk rather than meters.

The new parking kiosk is located near the northwest corner of the Bunnell Building.

A customer will park, go to the kiosk, enter the vehicle license plate number and pay. No permit will be needed in or on the vehicle.

The kiosk allows people parking on campus to use credit cards; allows UAF to change rates as needed and reduces the need for university employees to empty nearly 100 meters in the core area.

The kiosk accepts credit cards and quarters only.

People parking in the South Bunnell (3G) metered lot will still need to pay the parking meters.
