Personal vehicles on lower campus

Will there be better signage so personal vehicles do not drive through lower campus? I have seen cars driving through the area between Wood Center, Gruening, Constitution Hall and beside the Rasmuson Library. Sometimes they are driving quite fast and seem surprised to see pedestrians using the walkways.
