Seminar will focus on managing stress

Erik Seasted-Web An internal training seminar on stress management will take place at noon, Thursday, April 23. Erik Seastadt, chief human resources officer with UA statewide will present,  "Managing Stress and the Unknown." The talk will take place in Butrovich 109.

Seastadt will discuss the inevitability of stress and how it affects us physically and mentally. Participants will walk away with some serious (and not so serious), practical ways to manage personal stress and the stress of others.

No food will be served (or thrown), so bring a lunch and enjoy coworkers while learning a few things to help  face the unknowns of the Alaska economic climate.
