Theatre UAF presents 'An Inspector Calls'

Theatre UAF's presentation of “An Inspector Calls" will open Nov. 7 at the Salisbury Theatre on the University of Alaska Fairbanks campus.

The play, set in England in 1912, explores how an inspector's investigation of a young woman's death threatens a family's reputation and undermines their relationships. It was written by J.B. Priestley, an English novelist and playwright who lived from 1894 to 1984. Brian Cook, UAF assistant professor of theater, will direct the performances.

Performances are  Nov. 7- 8 and 14-15 at  7:30 p.m.  and  Nov. 15-16  at  2 p.m.

Advance tickets are available online at online at uaf.edu/theatrefilm or by calling 474-7751. The price is $16 for adults, $8 for students, and  $12 for members of the military and people over 65. Tickets at the door are $2 more.
