UA Wellness Champion Call-out is Thursday

Have a passion for health and wellness and want to share with those around you? Would
you like to be more involved with the wellness program but don’t know how? Maybe you
just want to promote a healthier work environment.
Then plan to attend the Wellness Champion Call-Out on Thursday, Sept. 1. Sara Rodewald,
the University of Alaska's on-site program manager from Healthyroads, will discuss
just what being a wellness champion is all about. She will also share her vision,
answer questions and take ideas about how to increase wellness at your campus.
The event will be held in Butrovich 207B from 11 a.m. to noon. Use this link to join the meeting remotely. You will just need a phone and computer to fully participate.
