Provide feedback on chancellor finalists

Four finalists for the UAF chancellor position — Daniel White, Michael Kuperberg,
Tony Haymet and Mirta Martin —visited campus over the last week and a half to meet
with university leadership, faculty, staff, students, alumni and community members.
As part of their visit, each candidate held several campus forums. For those that
were unable to attend in person, recordings of those forums will be available online
at www.uaf.edu/chancellor/search Friday afternoon, April 28.
The search committee will collect feedback on the candidates via online survey through 5 p.m. Wednesday, May 3. Broad input from the campus community will help
the committee shape its recommendations to UA President Jim Johnsen.
The search committee will meet with the president in early May to provide feedback
on the candidates. The president is expected to make a decision soon after meeting
with the committee.
This is a very important position for UAF. Thank you all for taking the time to meet
