Director of Military and Veterans Services position

I just saw the posting for the director of Military and Veterans Services position. It seems like an unreasonable amount of responsibility for one person, especially graded at a 79. It also seems unlikely that any one person will be able to successfully fill a role that requires such diverse skills. Was this a case of the person writing the job description being overly optimistic or out of touch with what all of these responsibilities entail?
