UAF Facilities Services, in collaboration with UAA and UA Statewide, is upgrading the Facility Focus work order system. The new system, called AiM (Asset Management with Intelligence), is expected to go live on Monday, June 4. This upgrade will affect all areas of Facilities Services including maintenance, ops, administration and DD&C.

How the change affects you:

There will be no changes to the EWORF (electronic work order form). The form is compatible with the new system. However, the EWORF will not be available during the conversion from 2 p.m., Wednesday, May 30 until approximately noon on Monday, June 4.

From May 30 until June 4, when the new AIM software is online, it is important to hold off on submitting non-emergency type work orders. For emergency and critical work orders contact Facilities Services customer service at 474-7000.
