Fairbanks Street bike path to campus rerouted

April 27, 2012

Marmian Grimes

The bicycle path coming onto campus from Fairbanks Street will be diverted the morning of April 28. If traveling towards campus, the path will cut to the east into the area formally known as "Noatak Park" and up to the five-way junction referred to as "Dysfunction Junction."  Fences and a gate will help to keep riders on the correct path.

This diversion will remain until the end of the construction season due to continuing work on the new utilidor project.
