Free tour to highlight history of campus artwork

The University of Alaska Fairbanks will host a free public art tour Friday, July 7, at 5:30 p.m. as part of the university's yearlong centennial celebration.

Kes Woodward, an art historian, artist and professor emeritus, will lead the tour and share the stories behind UAF's public art installations.

The tour will begin at Constitution Park, west of the Rasmuson Library and Regents' Great Hall, and is expected to last about 2.5 hours.

Parking on campus is free after 5 p.m.
