Lecturer to discuss Alaska precipitation studies

Stephanie McAfee, a climatologist and assistant professor at the University of Nevada, Reno, will present a free public web seminar on Alaska precipitation trends on Tuesday, June 17, at 10 a.m.
The seminar is part of a series sponsored by the UAF Alaska Center for Climate Assessment and Policy.
McAfee will discuss how imperfect information limits study of Alaska precipitation trends. During her seminar, McAfee will suggest next steps despite the imperfect data.
