Kudos to culinary arts program

I had the pleasure of attending the annual auction/fundraiser for the Yukon Quest
Saturday evening. As is customary, the culinary arts students and Luis Martinez provided
an array of tasty tidbits for everyone to enjoy. It's great training and the students
engaged with the public quite well. I'm so glad that UAF continues to support this
worthwhile outreach activity in our community.
