New shuttle track closer to real time

UAF Shuttle Services has a new shuttle tracker in place that's near real time. The
previous version had a 45-second lag. This one is much closer to real time and available
at www.uafshuttle.com. The new system tracks shuttles and helps count the passengers who ride each day.
Notices about reduced hours or route changes will also be posted on the tracker at
the top of the page.
There are four fixed shuttle routes: Red, Gold, Blue and Green. Campus shuttles are
also on-call for transportation to the various off-campus UAF locations and to locations
after 7:30 p.m. The shuttles are free and available to anyone who wants a ride.
You may also notice improvements in the phone system if you call the shuttle at 474-RIDE
