Public testimony to regents sought May 22

Take time to be heard by the University of Alaska Board of Regents. Public testimony
will be held via audio conference on Monday, May 22, 4-6 p.m.
Please call 1-866-726-0757 from any Alaska location to share your perspective with
regents. You may also listen via live stream at http://kuacii.streamon.fm/.
Public testimony is no longer held during full board meetings. Instead, public testimony
is taken via statewide audio conference prior to each regularly scheduled full board
meeting.
After calling 1-866-726-0757, provide your first and last name to the operator,
who will place your call in a queue. When it is your turn to speak, the operator will
notify you and transfer the call into the audio conference. Upon transfer, introduce
yourself by saying “Mr./madam chair and members of the Board of Regents, my name is
(your name), calling from (city)." Then begin your testimony.
Each person's comments are limited to two minutes, although the board chair can extend
the time allowed.
Written testimony is accepted at any time and is shared with the board and the UA
