Response from UAF administration on the staff morale survey results?

Question 2: Why hasn't leadership or administration made any comment on the results of the morale survey? One of the big sore points in there was lack of communication by leadership and by no one responding it really goes to validate the results. Its honestly rather insulting that leadership has chosen to just ignore it.
