Rev It Up move-in Aug. 23

The Rev It Up move-in event will welcome all first-year students living in Moore Hall or Skarland
Hall Wednesday, Aug. 23, from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.Rev It Up is a one-stop shop for information students will need for life at UAF. The Department of Residence Life sponsors the event.
Students will be able to check into their rooms and meet with people from campus offices, including: Office of Admissions, Financial Aid Office, Office of the Bursar (for help getting a PolarExpress card and a parking permit), Student Health and Counseling Center, Academic Advising Center, Dining Services, Rural Student Services, Post Office, New Student Orientation, and Office of Information Technology.
Residence Life staff will meet students in the Moore-Bartlett-Skarland housing complex parking lot to help unload and deliver luggage to their rooms while students meet with the various departments waiting to welcome them to UAF.
This is the first year the Department of Residence Life is aligning the move-in dates with the UA system, which separates students into two categories. Beginning this fall, there are two move-in dates.
- Wednesday, Aug. 23: Rev It Up for first-year and transfer students attending New Student Orientation
- Thursday, Aug. 24: All other students move in
