Staff involvement

I noticed that the same staff are always involved on committees, projects or info
groups. Please consider involving staff that are not front and center all the time.
Choosing those staff continuously leads to the same ideas, thoughts and leaves out
the majority of staff.
For example, the diversity committee and staff appreciation day committee have been
composed of people who are always on those committees. Please consider terms and reaching
out to staff to participate. You are never going to grow leaders and develop staff
without reaching out to them to do more things.
