UAF students win national energy video competition

UAF students Katie Luper, Korlyn Bolster and Trish Winners recently won first place for the IDEA International District Energy Association video competition. The challenge was to produce a three-minute video to educate other students about district power and co-generation. They received $500 check for their video, “The Quest for the Source of Heat and Power" highlighting UAF's combined heat and power plant.
