Link your PolarExpress card to a Wells Fargo account

You can now link your PolarExpress card to a Wells Fargo Everyday Checking account
for added banking convenience.
The University of Alaska Fairbanks and Wells Fargo have teamed up to offer the new
feature. Use your PolarExpress card as your official student ID, for campus privileges
and for your day-to-day financial needs on and off campus when linked to your Wells
Fargo Everyday Checking account. Enjoy free access to cash at Wells Fargo ATMs nationwide
and make purchases using your PIN with your linked PolarExpress card.
On the Fairbanks campus, Wells Fargo ATMs are at the Wood Center and the lobby of
the Moore-Bartlett-Skarland residence hall complex..
To link your PolarExpress card:
- Pick up your PolarExpress card at the Office of the Bursar located on the first floor of Signers’ Hall.
- Bring it to any nearby Wells Fargo banking location to open an account, if you don’t already have one.
- See a banker to link your card to your new or existing Wells Fargo Everyday Checking account.
Some benefits of a Wells Fargo Everyday Checking account:
- Have your monthly service fee waived by linking to your PolarExpress card.
- Check balances, transfer funds and more with Wells Fargo Mobile® and Wells Fargo Online®.
- Receive timely account notifications by email or text.
