Where can I find a detailed UAF budget spreadsheet?

The Bursar's Office used to post detailed financial spreadsheets on their website,
e.g. UAF-Subledger-Report-by-Dept.xlsx, but I can no longer find them. We're constantly
asked to find ways to trim the budget, but without actually knowing the details there
is no way to do that.
The university is a public institution and as such I think the finances should be
out in the open, even down to the transaction level. I would even advocate posting
a raw data feed from Banner so that finance geeks can take the data and add value,
e.g., visualizations, graphs, etc., of resource utilization. When the data is hidden
we can't make the kinds of recommendations that could help the university.
